Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you use theenvite.com to create, publish and share invitations.
Who we are
theenvite.com (“the envite”) is operated by Syniria, a company registered in the United States. Registered address: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37147, Casper, WY 82609, US. Contact: [email protected].
Your account
You need an account to publish an invitation. Keep your password safe; if you forget it, you can reset it by email.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your email address accurate.
Event licences and payment
Designing and previewing an invitation is free. Publishing requires a one-time payment for an event licence. The price, including any tax, is shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. An event licence lets you publish that event's invitation and keep editing it. It is not a subscription.
A licence covers one event. After publishing, you can change the date, details and design at any time, and the names once.
No refunds
All payments are final, except where the law requires a refund. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the event licence ends: the invitation can no longer be edited or republished, although a link already shared may stay available.
Your content
You keep ownership of the words, photos and music you add. You allow us to store your content and show it to anyone who opens your invitation link, only to provide the service.
You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including music. Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, including music reported by guests.
When you upload a recording, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it in your invitation, and you are responsible for it, including any claim that it infringes someone else's rights.
Invitation links
Anyone with an invitation link can open it. Links are not a private guest list, and hiding a section of an invitation does not make its content private. Share links only with the people you want to invite.
Gift details you add, such as a bank account, wallet number or gift-list link, are shown to anyone with your invitation link. Gifts go directly from your guests to you: the envite never receives or handles gift money and is not part of any transfer between you and your guests.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload or scrape it, no spam, and no impersonation of others.
The service as it is
We work to keep the envite available and your invitations safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the event licence concerned in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending use
You can stop using the envite at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and important changes apply only to purchases made after they are published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
